Nick Murza

Nick joined GLF in 2018 and leads the Estates and Health and Safety teams in ensuring our schools provide safe, welcoming and sustainable environments that support teaching and learning for all our students and staff. As a team, we oversee safety risk management and incident response, site teams, and maintenance programmes, and work to deliver targeted capital investments to upgrade and develop our facilities, manage effective shared services and improve environmental performance.

Before GLF, Nick trained as an Architect, before working for several arts and culture charities in operations and estates leadership roles, primarily in organisations developing creative writing skills with young people and adults.
