Message from the CEO

Welcome to GLF Schools, a growing academy trust of 43 schools. We believe every child and young person deserves an excellent education which enables them to shape their future. Our teams work tirelessly with commitment and passion to deliver the best outcomes. 

It is a huge privilege to serve 19,000 children and young people aged 2 to 19. We have a range of settings from nursery provision through to sixth forms across Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex and Wokingham, Reading Borough Council and the London Boroughs of Wandsworth and Croydon. 

At all GLF schools every child and young person is supported every day. We are inclusive and strive to provide all our children and young people with the best possible start in life. We ensure they are known and championed and set up for future success. 

We are proud to have the GLF Schools’ Foundation, with the ambition to ensure access to the same opportunities and experiences regardless of financial background or which school a child or young person attends.

We are honoured to be a part of each local community that we serve. We focus on meeting the unique needs of each community working in close partnership locally.

Our schools are stronger because we work together. Collaboration is at the heart of our culture, and we work with other schools to share best practice and support each other. We are also ambitious - as one of the largest trusts in the school system - to help improve the whole sector and we focus on innovation and continual learning and improvement.
