Members of the Trust
There are five members of the Trust and the key elements of their role are to
- Ensure the objectives of the Trust are met
- Determine the Trust’s constitution and governance structure
- Appoint Trustees
- Appoint the Trust’s external financial auditors
The Trust holds an Annual General Meeting where members receive the annual accounts plus a report on the performance of the Trust and the effectiveness of governance.
