Rossella Proscia

Rossella Proscia is Chief Development Officer at GLF Schools, with responsibility for growth, marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement across the Trust.

She brings extensive experience across the education sector, spanning senior leadership roles in multi‑school organisations, the independent sector and international education publishing. Prior to joining GLF, Rossella held senior leadership positions within independent education and leading education publishers across the EMEA region. 

Rossella believes education is critical to shaping lives and is motivated by how effective partnerships and collaboration can widen opportunity and deliver lasting impact. Alongside her role at GLF, she is an independent director for a global family of schools, a edtech advisor and mum to three children.
