James Nicholson

James is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has been an integral part of the senior leadership teams of large multi-academy trusts since 2002. In that time he has played a leading role in setting up one trust and in turning two from failing to great trusts. Working closely with fellow executives and board members to develop strategy, his focus is always on improving the education of every pupil whilst ensuring that the organisation is sustainable for the long term.

He lives in Cambridgeshire and has served as a trustee for local charities since 2013 as well as a school governor committed to providing the best possible education for young people so that they can lead the lives of their choice.
