Kim Constable

Kim Constable is a senior finance leader (ACMA) with extensive experience driving strategic financial performance, transformation, and governance across complex, multi-site organisations. As Finance Director at GLF Schools, she leads the regional finance function of around 40 staff and plays a key role in supporting executive and trustee decision-making.

Her responsibilities span financial strategy, planning, and performance, including oversight of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, statutory accounts, and financial systems. She has led significant transformation initiatives, strengthened financial insight and implemented long-term financial modelling to support sustainability and growth.

Prior to joining GLF 6 years ago as Financial Controller, Kim built her career in global organisations including Unilever, PepsiCo, and Treasury Wine Estates, where she developed strong expertise in business partnering leadership teams, cost optimisation, and driving value creation in large commercially focussed environments.
