Sri Narasimhan

Sri Narasimhan began her career with GLF Schools in 2017 as an associate staff member at Glyn School, where she developed a strong foundation in education business services. She went on to support HR functions at Cuddington Croft Primary School before joining the GLF Shared Services Team, where she led on business operations across the Trust.

She currently serves as Interim Operations Director, with responsibility for school business operations, nursery operations, catering provision, revenue optimisation through extended services, delivery of large-scale strategic projects, Service Level Agreements and partnerships with external providers.

Prior to joining the education sector, Sri held senior roles in corporate finance, strategy, and business management within U.S.-based Fortune 500 organisations, followed by experience as part of the founding team of a Silicon Valley edtech start-up. She is a qualified School Business Professional and holds an undergraduate degree in engineering and an MBA from Pennsylvania, USA.
