Year 6 pupils at Cuddington Croft Primary School in Cheam recently returned from an unforgettable residential trip to Paris, packed with new experiences and lasting memories.

The pupils explored a local town, spent a day at the popular theme park Parc Astérix, and visited the iconic Eiffel Tower. Each experience gave them the chance to learn beyond the classroom while building friendships and independence along the way.

Staff were full of praise for how the children conducted themselves throughout, noting their maturity, teamwork and ability to handle unfamiliar situations with confidence. The trip also gave pupils a valuable opportunity to develop practical independence skills, from managing their own belongings to navigating new surroundings.

Mike Skelton, Head of School at Cuddington Croft Primary School, which is part of GLF Schools, said: "We could not be prouder of how our Year 6s represented the school on this trip. They embraced every experience with enthusiasm and showed real character throughout. It was a joy to watch them grow in confidence, and it is exactly the kind of memory we hope they will carry with them long after they leave us."

The trip reflects Cuddington Croft's commitment to enriching the lives of its pupils through experiences that extend learning beyond the classroom.
