Victoria Tricario

Victoria Tricarico brings more than two decades of senior HR, organisational development and governance experience across education, public and regulatory sectors, and is currently Executive Director of HR at Creative Education Trust, where she leads people strategy, workforce development and governance across 17 schools. Victoria shared: “I am genuinely excited to begin my role as a trustee at GLF. Having worked for many years in HR across the education sector, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact that strong governance, purposeful leadership, and a people‑centred culture can have on the life chances of children.
