Charlotte Cobb

Charlotte is a senior strategic operations leader with more than 20 years’ experience in global financial services organisations, including Citibank and Goldman Sachs. She currently serves as Head of CitiService for Investor Services at Citibank, leading a large international client-facing organisation responsible for relationship management, operational delivery, and service oversight for institutional investor clients.

Her career has focused on leading large-scale operational functions within highly regulated environments, with significant expertise in governance, risk management, strategic transformation, organisational design, and stakeholder oversight. She brings extensive experience of delivering change at scale, strengthening operational resilience, and leading diverse global teams through complex transformation programmes.

Charlotte has served on the Board of Trustees at GLF Schools since 2023. As a trustee, she brings strong financial and governance expertise, alongside a strategic understanding of organisational effectiveness, people leadership, and long-term sustainability. She is passionate about ensuring that all children have access to a high-quality and enriching education, and believes strongly in the importance of investing in people and culture to achieve this.

She also brings a valuable parent perspective through her daughter’s attendance at a GLF primary school.
