Schools across the GLF Schools Multi-Academy Trust celebrated Red Nose Day, which took place this year on Friday 15 March.

There was colour galore at Danetree Primary School in Ewell when children swapped their uniforms to raise money for Comic Relief’s annual appeal. The school also held competitions, with Key Stage 1 challenged to dress cartoon dog Bluey, while Key Stage 2 worked with Lego to produce designs to help the environment.

At Chestnut Park Primary School in Croydon, the children 'dressed happy’, and sold doughnuts, cake bars, cup cakes, brownies and flapjacks for the cause.

Red noses abounded at Pine Ridge Infant School and Lorraine Infant School, when children across the two schools designed their own noses for Comic Relief. They also enjoyed a non-uniform day.

Our secondary schools took part in the fun too, with students at Meridian High School wearing non-uniform, as well as holding a Comic Relief Cake Sale.
