Year 2 from Pine Ridge and Lorraine visit Farnham Castle

Last week, the children of Pine Ridge and Lorraine Infant Schools visited Farnham Castle.
They avoided torrential rain by minutes and an invading army by 380 years! The children enjoyed imagining life inside the castle and seeing first hand some of the defence systems and weapons on display there.
It was a great morning out and the children did both schools proud! The children are looking forward to learning more on the subject over the rest of this term.
